Lindsay Cullen
My name is Lindsay Cullen and I am extremely proud to be an Administrative Officer of Raising Rainbows. I have been an enthusiastic member of the childcare community since 2004, and have spent several happy years in Administrative roles at various sites since 2011. With an Associate’s Degree from Irvine Valley College, a Bachelor’s of Science in the field of Child and Adolescent Studies from California State University, Fullerton, and a Program Director Credential through the state of California, I am committed to expanding my knowledge of child socialization to best support the families of our programs. My passion and commitment to providing an enriching and engaging experience for all children drives my ambition while working with the staff at each site. I am a firm believer in collaborating with staff, parents, school faculty, and children to create the best possible experience for all who are a part of our Rainbow family.

Tejal Patel
My name is Tejal Patel, and honored to be the Operations Administrator for Raising Rainbow. I started my journey in child care in 2000 and have spent several years in an Administrative role and it’s a very gratifying experience working with families, children, and the community. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Human Resource Management from California State University, Long Beach, as well as a Site Supervisor Credential through the state of California. I have a deep commitment to fostering growth and impactful learning experiences for children in our program. Education is my lifelong passion, and I firmly believe that every student deserves access to engaging and enriching educational opportunities. Our goal for each and every site is on creating a seamless and dynamic learning environment. The Extended Learning Opportunity Program (ELOP) will help children cultivate a genuine love for learning!
Administrative Director
Jared Baar
My name is Jared Baar, and I'm ecstatic to be the Raising Rainbows Administrative Director. Prior to taking this position, I spent 18 years working at Rainbow Rising. I've worked at every level of the program, from Assistant Teacher to Administration. I'm responsible for the oversight of our 15 locations throughout IUSD. I work closely with the Site Supervisor team on a day to day basis to help them create the best ELOP program for their site. My goal is to create programs that students are supported academically, emotionally, and socially. I look forward to working with you and your family!
Director of Curriculum
Janice Luan
My name is Janice Luan and I am the Director of Curriculum Coordination for ELOP Raising Rainbows. I started my journey in child care in 2012 and have experienced a variety of roles at multiple sites. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a minor in Education from the University of California, Irvine and a Masters in Early Childhood Curriculum & Instruction from Arizona State University. My goal is to create an environment where students are engaged in playful learning experiences & activities which allow them to value their own unique strengths, voices, language backgrounds, and cultures in hopes of instilling in our students a lifelong love of learning.

Amy Sixsmith
My name is Amy Sixmith and I am the Director of Hiring and Recruitment for ELOP Raising Rainbows. I have been working in the childcare industry since 2012 in a variety of different roles. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Human Development from California State University, Long Beach. My goal is to create an enriching and nurturing environment for the children in our programs and to serve and support the needs of the community as a whole.

Jennifer Willis
Hello, my name is Jennifer Willis and I am the Administrative Director of Hiring and Recruitment for Raising Rainbows ELOP program. I began my journey in the childcare industry in 1993 and have worn many "hats" in the field, ranging from Pre-K Teacher to Administrator. I have received an Associate’s Arts Degree in Child Development from Fullerton College, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Child Development from Cal State Fullerton as well as a Site Supervisor Credential through the State of California. It has always been very important to me to provide a safe and nurturing environment in which children can learn and grow. I am dedicated to ensuring that our Rainbow families have the most amazing experience possible and creating a lifetime of meaningful memories!
