Eligibility
An invitation to enroll will be sent to all qualifying families from IUSD. Raising Rainbows will process enrollment, not the school site. To qualify, your child must be part of the district's Unduplicated Count which includes: Free and Reduced Meal Program; Foster Youth/Homeless; English Learners. Qualification is reviewed annually.
Raising Rainbows will review your eligibility status prior to offering you a spot in our program.

Before enrolling, please make sure you've received an email from IUSD stating you are eligible for ELOP.
